I can name 20 or more games where they have at least 1 scene with at least 1 character done nipple penetration, but it is so bad done, that once you see, you instantly delete game, like: pure onyx (for example)
They are done that way like there is tunnel inside breast already waiting for dick to slide in, only nipple is outside to cover that tunnel, and once penetrated breast is instantly ready for fucking, and once fucking/penetration is done, nipple closes like nothing ever happened, especially annoying with small nipples...
That's why i barely have any game on that genre to recommend.
