I can't confirm it but I thought what I said was pretty clear, right now the Steam version is the same as DLsite.
Uncensored version will come later on if the dev stays true to what he said.

From what I could gather, seems like this is only the base game. Do take that info with a grain of salt though as I only did a quick search.
Wasn't there a loli in the DLC ? Could be the reason why it didn't make it on Steam.

EDIT : My bad, it does have the DLC after checking the files on SteamDB.

Someone I know bought the steam version and has confirmed that the steam version includes the DLC, and weirdly enough the DLC bit is uncensored whereas the rest of the game isn't.
