to be honest, it's a bit of a wasted effort to have made such an attractive art-style only to make gore, and furthermore, letting the players know they will alway find the same shit. Nah frankly, they could've made a different game mecanic instead of a simple vn.

Maybe? I have no idea about your personal tastes, so I couldn't guess. The game has a bit of everything, from more straight-up guro into snuff, to sexualized stuff, that obviously still leads to snuff. But it's nothing particularly amazing imho, even for this sort of content... though I suppose it scratches the itch if you have it?
I dunno.
Might be worth checking it out for you, if you can tolerate the b0rked English.
