tbh, not sure how I feel about triss now, she looks wrong without her signature hairstyle from the game. She basically just looks like Yenn but redhead now, hell even their breasts, waist, and asses are the same
Hopefully there's multiple versions for different hairstyles Since he asked that question so late

Unlikely, at the worst that would require re-rendering every single scene she's in. The best possible scenario is he could spot render just her head in the scenes she's in. However, depending on the engine he uses that might not even be possible.
Either way that's a lot of time and work.
