The characters from the comics and the characters from the game are different people. Different names, different but similar bodies.

So far MILF Breeder is a re-telling of sorts of the comics. Kind of an alternative universe where Scarlett is a sorta portmanteau of Gina, Violet and Alison via her in game personality choices.

Which makes it odd to see an Alison analog in the images above.

I wouldn't want to bring up these thoughts, but after observing the artist over the past year, i've noticed that he wants to try something new, like futa on futa or femboys, but his subscribers won't let him do that. It’s interesting to think, if my assumptions are correct - whether due to disappointment the artist will become less productive and release less stuff
