Before downloading the mod, how are the videos more immersive?

It might be possible, since only the game resources are changed, not the scripts.
Beautiful new pictures but the tension drops to zero at the latest during the blowjob scenes, because the erotic advertising ends abruptly there. And who really likes this frantic rutting?

When I first made the mod a couple videos had a black actor representing the MC. I replaced them, but Lianland has since replaced those videos. I also replaced a video that used a shirtless Owen Gray, being completely covered it tattoos felt just as immersion breaking. I cropped out or obscured all watermarks and the MC's face when possible. It turns Kyler's BJ dream scene from image files to gifs. It adds some creampies where I could when the dialogue wasn't specific about the cumshot location. I also swapped some images as well. Those changes were more to taste than immersion. Like replacing some Lauren Phillips pics where she has some cellulite into earlier, more slender images of her. Most characters have at least a few images swapped.

Yes, it should work with any version.
if you want to unlock all the scenes you can download twine, import the index file, go to visits, and copy and paste the passage links at the start of the tile. I wouldn't really recommend the effort though because the scene gallery isn't comprehensive. Imo this game needs to have a button to spam forward through single decision passages because they drag heavily on repeat playthroughs because they aren't reactive enough to player choice.

What you are looking for already is implemented, with keyboard navigation (left/right arrow when no choices)
It's simply a matter of taste, that's why I play this game and i also like the premise. If it were full of old rags, I probably wouldn't play it.

Can't settle on anything for now. I also feel like they miss endings, but they are a problem whenever I add routes, because of how intertwined their storylines are. So, I want to, but cannot do it easily. I'll think about it more during ch2 revamp
