You can't actually unlock all scenes on one save because of branching paths. You might be able to force them all unlocked by editing variables, but you wouldn't need someone else's save for that. Also beware that not all girls can have their scenes replayed yet, since the "Visit" menu isn't hasn't been implemented for everyone yet.

There will be one, yes, after chapter 2 is done (so, most likely, two updates from now). Furthermore, they should be a quickstart foenr chapter 3 at that moment
