shadowjoey i think the problem is more path related. With what tool do you open it? Generally try to not use "extract here" but within the gui and somewhere near the base of the drive, not too many nested folders.
EDIT: To be precise - Windows has/had a limit of 256 chars on file paths. The one following "Cannot open" is 265 chars long (may longer as username is obfuscated). Since

support (ensure LongPathsEnabled is set to 1). Else you can only extract (using the

of tools like winrar/7zip) to a folder that is at best at the base of the drive (i mean f.e. C:\ ). The path-length of the above file extracted to C:\ would be 216 chars f.e. so still OK.
I dont think it's these direct dl files, they do work. Could be a
DL/extraction error too, but I still suspect above.
