I first downloaded the oculus version and it could open it in the oculus, then i downloaded the desktop version and it just doesn't work

Developer, what is wrong with you? Ignorance or sadism? (missing tags, but Japanese game might cover this).
It could be that she actually fancies this torture. But the fact that she (for better or worse) doesn't even make a face is even more disturbing. Ouch! That hurt!

Yeah, without drugs that dilate the cervix, it's not really possible. Even with a willing participant and regular training, the most I've been able to get past the cervix is to the first knuckle of pinkie finger.

yes there is a oculus version just below the desktop version, i first downloaded and played the oculus version with an oculus, then i downloaded the desktop version and tried to run it on the PC, but it doesn't show anything on the screen, not even a black screen, just a tab in the upper right corner

This game doesn't run well on my machine ootb in VR, with pretty low fps... are there any graphics settings I'm missing, because I did not find any in-game.

Setup:
AMD Ryzen 5 5500 (Overclocked to 4.2GHz)
NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER
64GB DDR4 RAM
and the game is installed on a WD.Black M.2

EDIT: Did further testing, and could not improve performance on any sort of optimization I could've done. I'm using VDXR, I've tried SteamVR (with no improvements), I've forced the desktop window at the lowest resolution possible, I've even used OpenVR-FSR for upscaling and more optimized rendering and it just worsened the performance. I'm getting about 20-28 FPS with only ~80% GPU usage. This game just requires a NASA PC for a minimum smooth experience. I think I've honestly had more fps in unoptimized UE5 vr games.

EDIT 2: The best performance is through the most Desktop to HMD native connection, which in my case is unfortunately the vram-hungry Quest Link.

it's because you are not using 16:9, you are using 16:10. The game only supports 16:9, e.g. 2560x1440
