Just use RPG Maker MV Cheat Menu Plugin, works well for everything from Gold to HP and can even speed up the slow walking speed.

There are no other Haruharutei games on F95 currently. Most of the results on your first link are either Manga, CG sets, or games by other teams (e.g. that sister one is by the artist Hot Mikan/Kishimen) or threads that got picked up because some commenter mentioned Haruharutei.
