If you're looking for incest its kinda difficult to find, but I can suggest you trying Niramare Quests and Oba-san Saga.... Also you can give a try to A struggle with sin and Peasant's quests, if you're into RPG stuff

Since this game is made up of rpg, there aren't many games like this one, I can suggest "Oba san saga" which is similar like this game's medival era and "The day my mother made an apology on all fours"....

Just use RPG Maker MV Cheat Menu Plugin, works well for everything from Gold to HP and can even speed up the slow walking speed.

Download - RPG-Maker-MV-Cheat-Menu-Plugin-master

Extract folder. Open folder. Open 'Cheat menu folder'. Highlight all items in that folder. Copy.
Go to game folder of the game you want to cheat on. Open the folder that has the game.exe. There should be a 'www' folder inside this folder.
In this main folder paste all the files.
Then open 'MVPluginPatcher' application. A window should open then close.
Launch game.
When playing press '1' on keyboard. Cheat menu appears.
