I ctrl+x'ed "ntrkazoku" folder and placed it into disk C also removed readl-only from properties. Working now!

i cant get to the "special" button i have tried every position for my cursor, it just wont reach that space

It depends on what engine they've used to make this version of the game.

Also, it looks like there's a DRM which could complicate things unless it's cracked.
