The live camera angle hotspots are quite nifty. Would be convenient to have them assigned a number (and then have the switch mechanism user configurable perhaps (press-hold or toggle)), so you can use the keyboard to switch.

I'm sad, that it so short, this was unbelievable amazing, the renders where so very nice made, the story how short it was, was perfect. Wish you had made this a much longer VN, like more sessions and indulge her into more pleasures, maybe even become her boyfriend, new husband and let her introduce you some of her friends who also have an unsatisfied sex life. It realy is a small master piece. I enjoyed every second that it made me cry it was over already.
