Quick question: I'm fine with futas as long as we have the choice to make THEM be the bottom, but i don't want any futa on female.

Uhhhh, avoid scenes with Nihil and 62 (62 has a 69 scene so I assume that doesn't count as them being the "bottom", Nihil has a 1-on-1 scene that is futadom and a threesome where it is MC railing the futa who is railing another woman).
Peach's scenes are all futa on female (1-on-1 with gender-swapped MC, and threesome where MC fucks her while she fucks another woman).

I'm fine with mc being feminized or even futa 69 (if it's a one-time thing) I'm guessing if i want to avoid even 1 scene i have to ignore the character entirely?

Those characters I mentioned just don't have other scenes aside from the one's I mentioned, they are side characters.
The only main character futa is Lene and you can just avoid any scenes where she tops you.
