Yeah, I think that pre-update save might have the bug. Is there a way to contact Elinniel that is not Patreon? There were also other issues with nameless quest as well.

It actually depends. The amount of allowed "let it be" stuff approval, depends on which part it touch. In Sex Valley case, the part touched is Lamir (can u say that she is first girl in MC's harem?) and she is more dear to ppl than other's so ofc it will lead to negative feedback, one thing if ppl were warned like "Beware, this "Threesome" scene is pure ntr with rough, sensless sex and mc's cuckoldry (unpleasant for him)" but no, they weren't.
But bruh, what's the point of debate under this topic? NTR enjoyers will call other's NTR haters, NTR haters will call them cuck enjoyers, it's a loop.

U actually chose wrong door. This author is like, almost totally into futa stuff, so u won't see sesbian lex there, maximum is futa on female, but it's not sesbian lex atp.

Than we don't give a fuck about ur "dissapointment" atp. Cuz there is NTR, and while there is no ingame warning about it, than it should be at least here, so ppl will be afraid of it through whole playthrough.
