Honestly I was a bit confused too. If you look at the reviews and previous posts everyone is saying it's just a demo. I think the thread was updated today (a few hours ago) with the finished game and some ppl got confused. It's understandable.

kinda enjoyed the game, I always miss interesting 3d and 2d games (not 3dcg/2dcg). But only one chapter was too little =(
the save is kinda broken idk why maybe i played to much with it, but you only need the setting.dat in AppData\LocalLow\Sex Wishes\Sex Wishes
and you have everything gallery cards and bonus stuff is saved in there
and you need to have started the game or even saved once
Puzzle complexity takes me right out of this one. Would be different if the rewards would merit all the frustration.

fourth magic orb with elf girl is frustrating to get, imo if you're gonna make a porn game, don't make it so frustrating to the point its this annoying. sex scenes are okay, but not worth the frustration with that stupid orb. actually pissed me off trying to get that thing

I'm impressed with the performance actually.
I get more than 120 fps with that GPU using the highest preset at 2560 x 1440. I presume it will work just fine on less powerful GPUs

it does work fine, more or less lol, it does need some optimization, the visuals and the girls do look nice too, ngl.

if you haven't found the moonlight essence, it's in the academy "inner courtyard" after the fountain and before the stairs, it's hidden between the candles (the one pointed by the white dot in the middle)

Yeah it took me a while to found out that you need to stack some boxes using the "captura" spell to get on the platform beside it
