quick question, i have done all the options it gives unlocked (as per completion text) and Meiko is at lvl 4 affection but still cant take her to the dance. is that a known bug? the school in the morning is also locked for me. how do i unlock it?

Yes, there is a bug with Meiko at lvl 4 affection. Same with morning school.
