Then don't play it man, the game is made for people who like voluptuous girls. If you are looking for "realism" then there are other games, with designs of thinner and more realistic girls, especially in 3D games

Neither. The dev is working on 2 games at the same time, for better or worse. The other game, Lust Legacy, just got an update a few weeks ago, so this one should be next.

Their Updates for both games are pretty far apart even if they were only developing one game. Your pretty lucky to see one of the games update within 3-4 months. They average closer to 4-5 months between updates per game. Technically they've been working on this game since 2019 (before the redesign. Lust Legacy initial release came out on Aug 2022 for their top $50 tier patreon release. You can find the new updates on a lot of sites roughly around the same time as the $10-$20 tiers (almost 2 weeks before their "Public" release).

Yeah we should see it around Mid Dec-Mid Jan earliest at my guess. It's usually like a month from SexNote to Lust Legacy and then 3-4 months back to SexNote.
