your thoughts are skewed. property rights is a civil case, so the courts will care as soon as lawyers are getting paid to do their jobs. If the violation is a physical good that is getting imported from a country that participates in that subversion of law then law enforcement gets involved
can you just stop already, people start mass reporting you, your arguments have no merit

Honestly, this is hardly the place for a discussion on the ins and outs of copyright law. We're hear to bust a nut, if youre interested in this stuff I'd suggest a number of legal youtube channels. Now more importantly, the gofile link is currently overloaded, is delafil legit? I've never seen it before as one of the standard download links and the others are slow as shit.

i think you missed the part where i said it's a free game so no one would care to take up this case. and even if lawyers are getting paid, plenty of lawsuits get tossed out immediately if the judge deems the case ridiculous or inappropriate or a waste of their time.

Just because its free doesn't mean it cant' have an IP. See the creative common licensing and similar shareware style schemes. Most lawyers aren't qualified for IP law so by the time it to the judge they usually will listen to the arguments.

That was the most underwhelming shit I have ever seen for that length of development.
I think Sexnote may have finally lost me like Summertime Saga did.
At some point games gotta end eventually. People lose interest, the devs lose their passion and start slowing down and/or making worse content. Not to mention the original plotlines usually weren't meant to last that long and everything feels stretched because either the devs can't come up with branching storylines or the story wasn't meant to be long in the first place.

Summertime Saga and SexNote are both great games, especially for newcomers, but for people that have been playing for years it's kinda like "meh, let me read if the update is worth it, 10 minutes of content...nah, I'll wait another couple updates" then after 2 more updates "30 minutes of total new content after a year and a half, yeah nah not worth it, I'm giving up on the game".

That's why I'm kinda glad Jamliz started making the new game since he should have something new, I just wonder when he will end SexNote.
