Apparently, the devs got banned from steam for false flagging bad reviews. Specifically those reviews from people complaining that they needed to read an external guide to be able to play it.

Imagine attacking your customers, and relegating said potential customers to not even wanting to buy your said games, cause of bad reviews to an already bad product. That's a big YIKES!
