Not the whole game, but currently yes, at the moment there's only one path that has some progress, and that path is lesbian only.

In the future more paths will be available, each with different and diverse content.

If I may suggest something: put some screenshots that show how the game looks, that have a scene or event so we can check your writing style, this kind of thing.
