You can find gameplay of the rpg version on porn sites and the renpy version you can quickly fast forward through.
I spent half an hour just yesterday looking for the rpgm version. It would suck if more people would waste so much time so you're welcome 
If you can't leave there's obiously something you have to do at school. If you also cannot enter schoold talk to the npcs and don't forget the present box.

I understand that the dev also needs to make money but I believe that locking released content behind a patreon wall is a shitty thing to do

its always is. The dumbest thing I've seen so far is selling the number of saves for a subscription level. But still considering how fast updates are coming out for this game. And the fact that there's still a lot of content without that one scene in each one anyway... Ehh, I don't really care. For his consistency, I'm willing to forgive him this paywall moment.
