The game has two main versions on thread: RPGM with the beginning of each route, and RenPy version with the continuation of game on new engine. All routes are presented in each version, Renpy version will give update with the remaining route (Blackmail) soon

No. There is a unofficial remake of it in Ren Py, but it has no sound, music or ambient whatsoever. Just still image which kind of kill the mood. It also has black screen of important key text originally in RPGM that happens when you are suppose to free roam and talk with NPC to progress the story. Basically the remake kills immersion entirely.
