Blackmail is using something to threaten someone's integrity against their will. In this case, they betray someone through blackmail, but they do not betray them of their own free will. Cheating is something that is done of their own free will in the context of the game.
I would even say that the three paths of the story are centered on one of the three protagonists of the game. Blackmail = the black lover (who can only have sex with the cuckold's girlfriend by blackmailing her), Cuckolding = the boyfriend (she has sex with other people on the boyfriend's part) and Cheating = the girlfriend (the betrayal comes from the desires that awaken and come from her and who only needed a push)
