AFAIK, it's the Cheating path. To get the threesome scene in 0.7, you have to select the dialogue option to share Camilla with someone else during the Beach Bikini contest (as Jason).

Guys I have a question.

When I Did the RPMG first part, I got the ending where

And when passing to the Chapter 5 on Ren'py, while I did take the same options I did in the RPGM when Camila asked me before starting, I seem to have lost that continuity from that ending (IT was hot as fuck for me I'd start over if I can get that continuity again). Any clue why that happened? Or that ending was just an 'sneak peak' of
