does anyone know why there is so much difference between the original and compressed version?Is the original full of PNG files or is it like 4k renders that is totally worth the size?

From that thread/version it's mentioned that it's the last update of the unofficial port and that Shamantr is converting to Ren'Py (which is a good thing IMNHO) with the help of Doshima. Have no idea how long that will take but won't play again until it's in Ren'Py (RPGM is just not the right engine for this).
I really want to know if can add a option: public hair on/off .
