If you can't leave there's obiously something you have to do at school. If you also cannot enter schoold talk to the npcs and don't forget the present box.

That said, does anyone know if it's possible to only play Freds perspective, skipping Jasons? Maybe in the unofficial renpy version or with a patch?

its always is. The dumbest thing I've seen so far is selling the number of saves for a subscription level. But still considering how fast updates are coming out for this game. And the fact that there's still a lot of content without that one scene in each one anyway... Ehh, I don't really care. For his consistency, I'm willing to forgive him this paywall moment.
