Also i'm a bit lost, who's the girl that got marked and gangbanged in the new update? The one with blue eyes?
Isn't she the new girl the loves the MC?

I'm assuming you're talking about Ari who was the only side girl that was focused on besides Donna this update and Donna didn't get marked or gangbanged. Pretty much everything you need to know about her was revealed this update; that she's in love with Fred and the reason why is because he is weak and she can dominate him. The only other backstory to her was that she is Sarah's best friend and Sarah has warned Fred to avoid her. She was, as far as I can tell, introduced in chapter 5 update and was just randomly talking to a teacher that Fred had to ask a question about going to a park.

Really weird to introduced Sarah's best friend in that way, let alone for Fred to also not know who she is either. I don't know everything about my sister's best friend, but I at least know her name, what she looks like, and can at least hold polite conversation with her if I run into her at the grocery store. Just another example of characters being idiots of convenience to create mystery in the game.

Ok but why did she get marked with the QoS and corrupted? Makes no sense
