She wants help separating Cami and Fred. Jason tricked her into believing she needs the entire gangs help to do this and that Ari and himself were not enough. Ari agreed enthusiastically and rather than submit the way most girls that go through that initiation do, she dominated all the gangsters.
So now she holds some amount of sway over the gang, although how much is inclear. Reina, seemingly some sort of leader of the gang, is also incredibly intrigued by this turn of events and has additional interest in Ari. It's all just a setup to have every woman in the game blacked. Ari will actually still get what she wants, in spades (pun intended), as she can dominate the black men of the gang. So that's Shaman's out to actually having a scene with Fred and Ari too.
