i just dont understand the games cuckold content is not updated yes? so u cannot progess on cuckold path? or i understood by some comments yall are telling me u can still play the game to the latest update but there will be no content update for cuckold path?
I believe the creator is working on each path separately, not all at once. So this new release coming will be cheating path I think.

Isn't v0.7.5 supposed to be chapter 7, too? Or am I missing something?

Whats the Ren'py version (Chapter 5) Old for?
I have the unofficial Ren'Py Port [v0.4.4] by Doshima, is that the same thing?

Yes, this "Ren'py port by Doshima" is the Ren'py port of the first 4 chapters
" Ren'py version (Chapter 5) Old " is... something someone added to the main page, and forgot to delete later, it serves no purpose
. It's just chapter 5 (only chapter 5)So, after finishing Ren'py port (of the first 1-4 chapters, if you don't want to play them in rpgm maker), you can just download the latest version, and play every chapter from 5 onward in it
