How do I get the scene in the top right? The scene where she is riding the horse only gives me the option to fuck her throat or her tits but if I select tits she just laughs at me.

Edit: I figured it out, you need to ask to use her chest repeatedly to unlock the scene.

Do anyone have an idea what is really going on? Is the MC stuck in an asylum where the mold is making him see some kind of weird visions? Is the manor haunted and when he stepped inside it, did he saw what was happening in there in the past in an altered way? Or am I completely wrong and it's totally something else. The story is too messy for a porn game. Would gladly read everyone's version about it.

My first question is, every time that I get a choice to do something in the game, it gives me 2 options: Yes and No. But so far, all of the Yes options have been greyed out and cannot be chosen. Is there a reason why I cannot select yes with any of the choices in the game? Please help. Also, I'm just curious: what Chapter does this update go up to?

Enable hints in options menu so you can get points for the greyed out options. The game goes up to chapter 7.
