Any possibility of being able to have an all female gang, or at least recruit ladies as normal members? The game already points out with the in-universe message board that it's unusual for a woman gang leader when we start up our gang, so it'd be kinda fun to go the full distance and have an all girl gang.

Eh, i've talked about this earlier in the thread - girls and boys are literally built differently in the game and its hard to implement... but, to be honest, ive changed my mind. I'm pretty sure its actually much easier to add female accomplices than i originally thought.
But it's still a pretty big commitment for what's mostly an RP-only feature. I'd have to revisit a lot of older stuff. So, idk, we'll see. Maybe after full release? No promises.

Girls can be improved with the body and clothes upgrades, but some are already improved when you meet them. I don't think there's a way to tell what their potential max is.
Gang morale as far as I can tell is 3 things, outside random events.
1. Swimming pool is +1/day
2. Gang Payments are -1, 0, or +1 depending which selection you made.
3. When you reach a certain size or maybe its time based, your gang will ask for a weapons shipment, and have -1 morale until that objective is met. But outside of that I don't think weapons are used outside of events like heists.

There could be more but I haven't been able to find any. I feel like there should be more ways to manipulate morale, like nightclub upgrades or throwing a party for a boost of 5-10. But right now it seems like its just random events, and you can use a slut to gain a tiny boost by showing them a good time.

For a the night club, if you ban them from partying it a constant -1 Morales until you allow them to party again, and for the girl the max I've seen was only 8 with all their clothes and fitness max level. I also found girl with description that say that they are Pretty, Gorgeous, and Model like but still with max upgrade it only brought them up to 8.

It's just intended to be a crime sim, yeah. There'll be some sort of game-ending sequence, but that's about it.

Which type of guys i can hire as a drug and steroid dealers after adding them to my gang? It looks like not everyone can be hired as such and i can't find what the specific for them is. There are policeman,writter,loader,farmer,mechanic,technician,banker,bussinesman,taxi-driver,taxmen,chemist,salesman.... and any of them that are added to the gang become either thug or thief - you can send them to train and appoint some of them at different positions like damper,booster,scout,main gunner,second gunner,right hand,main driver,hook,racketeer,thief,coin washer but so far i only did manage to make two as a drug dealers and one as a steroid dealer and in the "whiteboard" after picking positions it shows i can have 4 drug dealers and 4 steroid dealers but for some reason even after having plenty of members i can't hire more dealers so i guess may be they need to be a specific type of persons that i added to my gang,is that right?

You just need to look for a traits that's called Thief, they will be your main line drug dealer and steroid dealer. As of how many you can get per gang idk since my gang is pretty small.

They all become "thief" and "thugs" once they join your gang but even when i convice someone let's say policeman,thief or mechanic,thief to join my gang after then when i go to "accomplices" from the contacts (cause there you can see all your members and appoint them) i still can't make them dealers - i can send them to train eventually or get rid of them and at the one that are already appointed to a position i can choose to remove him from that position - it's normal to not be able to appoint them to other psitions since all other positions are maxed so far(right hand 1/1,hook 2/2,damper 4/4,racketeer 8/8,thief 5/5,scout 3/3,coin washer 3/3),but the dealers positions are not so i can't understand why i can't add more dealers since they are 2/4 and 1/4 (you can see how many of a certain position members you have at "whiteboard - positions").

By the way mechanics can be add to your mechanic crew,farmers can be hired as a moonshiners,engineer can be hired as crypto technicians,loaders can be hired for your warehouse,chemists can be hired to your lab and you can have a certain amiunt of them too - you can see it in "whiteboard - workers" and also policeman can be asked to remove your heat;writters can be asked to promote your reputation in news;bankers can be asked to buy intel about cash colectors from them;taxmen can be asked for assistance with taxes so it's good to not add them immediatelly to the gang but save their contacts for when you need them and after they make you the certain favor once then you can add them to the gang or get rid of them,or keep dating them but they will not make you a second time that favor so you will need to find and add other contacts like them which once again later you can add to the gang if you want.

Hiding the phone is cool. I still think having things like giggles on the phone would be nice or integrating it more if it's going to be there all the time. Is it possible to have a button on the left menu labeled phone to open the phone and have a number near it if you have a message or notification? Could have a pop-up when you get a call too.

The bank feels underused. There's a penalty for deposits but the return seems really bad.

I'm still not crazy about the health change. Combat is hard enough now that I don't really want to engage in it because it's too difficult. Unless you add complexity to avoiding damage or healing between combat. Maybe we need better weapons or defensive stats on clothing? Also not having health displayed with the other stats is weird now. Because I have to go into the stat menu to see if I'm low or not.

Demeanor is cool but I hope there is more impact from it in scenes and events later.

I like the streaming warehouse. Not sure what requests do though. More tips I'd guess? I'd like a way to do more booths. Like instead of a solo one you're in there with a cartel member too or a fan. Also the chat doesn't seem to clear between sessions, it's showing old requests again.

Sometimes when a notification pops up for a skill or something, if there's another one after that they disappear before I can even see them. Any fix for that? Or do I just check the log every time.

I met the mafia and it said "you see a Brody". Is that normal.

Excel type sim? What? It's a real porn sandbox game with some management features. It's html. What gives you excel from that.
