It does have to do with the game, because it is part of the game. If you are still adding scenes, then the game is not Complete, so it should not say Complete. Complete means concluded, ended, done, to bring to an end. If you are still adding to it, then it is NOT Complete and should not say so.

Yes, a combined version without Chapters, or rather Episodes, so you can play the game in one go without having the annoying Episodes to start from, each and every single one. I really can't stand this design, it had me stop playing at Episode 4 because of this design. It's all separate, not together like it should be. Platinum Gallery Scenes have nothing to do with the main game, you can't even play them in the chapters...they literally have no bearing on the game whatsoever.

They have the chapter format as that's how they've always have done their games, just check out the other games in the OP under other games, it's all by chapter, except their other games you have to download each chapter separate.

F95 uses the "completed tag" in a lot of cases for the main story or if the developer says it's completed. You can go back to a lot of completed games on F95 and see many (more than 60%, actually more probably) have had updates after they've said they are completed. Most games are truly never completed as some receive bugfixes for over a year after the fact. I have some games on Steam that were completed 6 years ago or more that are still getting updates, Skyrim, Fallout 4, Borderlands 3, some more recent as of Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Tiny Tina's Wonderlands.

As much as I want to agree with the Completed tag debate, can we really say it's actually completed when there are still few epilogues left to release?

I'd be totally on board with that tag once all the endings are out then yeah having extra scenes every other month is no longer a bother.
