From what I can tell, you can romance mutiple girls at once pretty much all the way through without any consequence, but in the end you have to pick one. Although, I dunno if I had messed up something or is the game designed that way, but during the ending I was able to pick the ending with the girl I wasn't romantically involved in, so I guess it doesn't matter much whom you romance.

Funny, I did exactly the same thing, but at least we don't have to wait for years for it to be completed or worse, abandoned like some of the games, lol.WTF?! I just started playing it, like yesterday, and it's already completed... whaaat??

Yes, according to the devs. They are expanding the universe of shale hill secrets.
"Three projects that extend the world surrounding this story are already in production. Initially, there will be two epilogues, showing a small continuation for the different possible endings of the game.
Additionally, another project, a larger one, is also in development. This one will bring a slightly different gameplay and will present to you a story that happened a few years before Shale Hill Secrets. Stay tuned for more news in the following months!
