Interesting. The only reason I can imagine for this to happen is that your progress data is somehow bugged.
Could you please email me (support@love-joint.com) your progress file so I can investigate and address the bug?
You can find it here: [game folder] > Saves Location > default > data > game_progress.dat

All else fails everything is saved as a .jpg image in [game folder] > assets > Images > CGs
