You have to unlocked everything, then make her climax. ( Full up the pink bar then press the heart when it lights up) problem is you almost always run out of time before the bar even gets remotely close to full, its hit or miss.

Let me know if this make sense but try following below, start with 0 and keep on holding always, as soon as you unlock something, select it, then go to the second option and keep on holding until you hit step 8, then at that point the yellow bar is like 65% of the way, stop holding and start spam clicking until yellow hit like 95% and just stop, and the pink should fill by itself. I do have all skill unlocked as well.

you need to have stamina bar maxed out and all top and bottom options unlocked then follow this pattern and you will have a 5 second window to click the orgasm heart before the blue bar reaches the top! I made a video of me doing it but it's too large a file to share in chat
