Probably. According to their 2 other games i can say the Devs are quite on the side of avoiding the big lezcest to happen. There're always stopped at the tease, small prelim scenes or even in the team-up action will need a little lucky to take slight interaction. If we would have a decent scenes it'd not stay in the fullfill of acts because of (you know) that limited handrawing production.
Btw this game looks better than others due to the family characters creating: 1milfM + 1bigD + 1smallD, with resemblance.

Unplayable without the Symphony of the Night's bug fix patch, about the grind I guess we can use cheat for money, anyway on the last update we have a save ready for the new content.

I don't want to get too off-topic here but I think that in recent years the argument of patreon "killing" a game because of its policies isn't valid anymore. Devs have alternatives and fans can tell them early on that patreon will fuck them if they keep posting certain content. I think that some creators make a game with incest or something "illegal" knowing that if it takes off they have secured a bag because for some reason there are people who will keep paying even after the censorship.

If it a light kiss, a liplock, it's probably not but depend on what the plot and the dev planning it could be determined as 'promising' incest by crazy fans like us.
If it is a dream sequence it'd be counted as it is maybe in half. 100% killed which by the large of scene. But once that special incest happened in the MC's dream so why the hell it wouldn't be one in the dev's dream lol.
The incest treated equally to homosexuality and heterosexuality might be different issues from countries's laws.
