I highly doubt that's true. Games (usually) aren't even hosted on their platform they're just a link to a hosting site that has a compressed file... like how every game is here. Extremely doubt they have that kind of capabilities to scan links/extract games/extract the text data/search for key words and even then, how would they even know that it was sexual in nature... I mean you can have a game with a "Mom" with no sexual content.... so yeah highly doubtful.

So far you've made a 'wow' number of renders on each release in a very short time ~2 weeks/drop. Only with that quantity and time of the production could make your work reach closer to the top rank, absolutely the overall quality must be fine to follow along. Even that was just for the kickstart prologue i hope that you could keep that high energy for the sandbox too.
i also hope your sandbox style not much complex and challenge both players and yourself developers. A half/half of sandbox and kinetic is my favourite, because i see the only value of sandbox is expanding time and desire of audience then to just help them eagerly extract the scenes for own climax, not to piss off everyone of us. I have some examples of my chill-out sandbox: HS Tutor, Sovalley School, VIRTUES, Sweet Affection,... which are in the similar HS art engine of yours.
I'm a big fan of corruption game which depends on the MC's evil power, 'cause it is the only fast way to reach to the lust scene without to much need of making sense of the plots, and it's up to the creator to or to not what to shine and sharp.
According to our humble thread about the standard of [lesbian+incest], i'd like to share a little tip, that we love our LIs...
- Have a tight bonding, they actually have thought and emotion to each other from beginning, a kind of chemistry to believe => this mostly best used for Sister/Sister, and you're doing well with Penny/Robin.
- Have a little grudge/contradiction or even a big fight but later to fix up, pass through and bend over; more drama more fun => usually work best with Mother/Daughter in certain situation.
- Have a slow corruption with one is brave/dominant and other is a bit shy/submissive, a little contrast to heat up.
- Have slight interaction in acts such as 3some and short loose sequence could be count but we won't highly appreciate. In the end it's all about the full or the lack of LI's chemistry
