The free roam is only here for the people who wants to see the characters outside the story. And also, to enjoy some sexual content with girls after you complete their stories.
For exemple, you finish Camille story, then you can look for her in the house (when she is alone) and then you will have the choice : hj, bj, sex, etc...

That seems to be not your case, for an example a game with a main quest that will only advance if you go into the house of LI only on 15:00pm on Sunday and spies her while she uses the toilet, but the game doesn't have a walkthrough or a quest log, and not even hinted by dialogues.

No no, the free roam has nothing to do with the story. But the progression of the story will affect the free roam renders later.
You will be able to interact with what you see on the screen, but that's all. There is no hidden things in the freeroam.

What I expect in a game where there are m/s and s/s is a good and credible argument. If the Mc is a man, let the lesincest develop between them and then much later the Mc participates.

Graphics aren't great (Skyrim-based), and I'm not sure whether my writing is any good either, but at least there is a decent amount of lezcest in Tara's Liberation or Alexia's Return. You play as Tara, and her daughter is one of her primary love interests. (And there are a few additional lezcest scenes.) However, there is no pure lesbian route - Tara is going to have sex with women, men and various other creatures.

finally got around to trying Hot Sands of Antartica. this one is a MUST PLAY for fans of lezcest. not only is the story actually very good (something that can unfortunately be rare in porn games), but it has the true holy grail of lesbian incest: family members who look similar.

way too many games have "sisters" , or "mother-daughter" that look like they are entirely different races let alone family
