i thought we already agreed, that dreams, holiday specials and fanart are not part of games. if we start with this, i can link every lesbian roleplay from pornhub. as long as devs waste time with something that is not part of the game experience, i have zero interests. just my opinion. we already have enough new users who are not really understanding the thread. i liked it better, when there was less random commenting but more quality. of cause i like the cg/scene, but it makes me sad, that this is not part of the game. my understanding of your thread was to be a sign of recognition for developers and to make our genre to be noticed. we still have no tag.

Thanks for your straight opinion. I know we all have a little struggle on the big knot of what the canon is. But to be clear, i as an OP haven't ever setted any particular rule for it by words; that is what we have done it emotionally. Because we even still don't have a strict and solid standard or evaluation basis for the lezcest in games (about types of scenes/acts, futa and ffm counting?, MC or FMC leads, progressive levels of relationship, intrigue/concept of the storyline, in-game planning of dev,.....). And this thread to me isn't an academy or gallery of art or library, this is more like an local club of reader or higher a boutique bookstore, so the quite average quality and quantity of books is necessary for the most rarely of the type of "reading culture". Sorry for my bad metaphor.

I know myself isn't a well knowledge game player in generally, and seeing other fastidious and scholarly players is a such thing that i can learn from, even your debate could give someone chance to advance (especially Devs). In the ends this thread is about the [share-the-scenes-and-chill] bros, main meal, [then-discuss] is your all critical dessert, absolutely indispensable.

Back to that, i just want us to rank a little of the uncanon here, my first opition:
- Rank C - lowest: Extra/special renders or fanarts, in single shots visually, no story matching at the time. Ex: Helping the Hotties, Duality,.... Even devs creating good CGs to show their up-to-mind for future but the story is not around there or the promising/progressing of work ain't high enough, i mostly wouldn't count.
- Rank B - medium: Dreams and illusion .... Ex: The Awakening, Milfania,.... 50/50 to rank C but at long as it was told in-line with story, somehow show up the high possibility of the tag is coming i think i should announce the games here.
- Rank A - higher: Holiday specials, extra sequences, spin-off story,.... I think it deserves to go to Lightweight or heavier. It's not too much far from the canon, most of them are just in another timeline of the story (previous and after that, not in multiverse or parallel world), it's just not at the moment doesn't mean it isn't even true, correspond to memories flashback, Devs just got their own way of storytelling. I don't have bad examples, the good one stays with me is My pleasure and the lately Midnight Paradise.
