Dev made a poll about including Sharon back in February, which I believe went in a positive favor (I don't support enough to see the results). So while she isn't planned yet there is somewhat of a chance that she will be included.

Sorry, I legitimately have no idea. I know the mod doesn't break the game, but that's it. I don't play this game anymore.

you recover the full "brains" each day. the "grind" it's in the XP to level.
i don't find the grind to much, expecialy because when yousujugate a girl you can put her to earn xp (or money) for you.
so it's realy a necessity only in the starting of the game.
money you can savescum the blackjack game at the pc
