She will return. In the next update the police station gets added to the game with Claire and a new police woman as future LI's. Think of it like the gym, where we have seen the future women we are going to interact with.

Hi everyone. I have a question about the game. I have completed all the missions but I am stuck with the gym. Who is the manager? I can't proceed to the market because I have to bribe the manager first. And another question, since I have 13 children with all the women, I don't have any breastfeeding scenes. Is there any scene?

Gym quests hasn't been included yet.
You will never see any scene regarding your children, they will not appear in the game. This has been clearly stated by the dev. The only reason you can get children in the first place and not just farm mind points through pregnancies is fan service.

i though there's daycare building where you can visit your children, but for some reason i can't visit it eventhough i already had more than 10 kids

If you can't visit it you don't have any children. Pregnancies don't lead to children by default, as Ava explains to you as it becomes available. You receive mind points instead. If you do want children, you have to go on the 3rd tab on the powers app on your phone and change it to children rather than mind points. Bear in mind that you still won't see any children when visiting the daycare. You only meet the day care worker and you can decide whether your children will provide cash or XP

Where did you see him mentioning that? I can't recall that at all. The Dev has talked about some expansion to the house, but not to have more harem members as it will drastically increase the workload. Every time a new location for the girls are added you have to multiply with the number of harem girls for the amount of work needing to be put into it.
so am i missing something ? any time i want to try something i bought from the inventory all i get is "remove from inventory ?" cant seem to actually use anything

You only use the fertility pills and power drinks from the inventory and most of the time even that can be drunk during gameplay. All of the other items will be used in the context they are needed in. No need to click on them from the inventory.
Out of curiosity, what were you trying to use?
the cameras and magazines of course. a few rounds of blackjack and i already have 20k sooo i just bought everything.
I think it was when Ellie texts MC and suggests adding her friend (the architect) to the harem. Not 100% but definitely during one of those two characters quests.
Let's say you have 20 girls in your harem as one of the achievements suggests. And let's say each can inhabit 5 rooms of your home. That still would "only" make it 100 character renders if we assume unique character images for each room (meaning, no reuse). That's barely a third of renders of even the smallest updates you can find for VNs on this site.
I don't think I made an unreasonable assumption in my original post to be honest.
