How do you impregnate all of the girls? I tried it even with the fertility pill, but it doesn't seems to work? Do I need to creampie them a lot or is there a certain character? I even tried to skip the time, but it seems didn't work

First of all, you need to make sure they are not taking birth control. Talk to them and find the option to make them stop taking it. You need to do it for every girl manually through dialogue.

Secondly, yes, you need to creampie them, but every creampie has chance to impregnate. When you creampie them, the game immediately shows a text reading "IMPREGNATED" or "NOT IMPREGNATED". Don't worry, you can't miss the text.

Thirdly, yes, fertility pills help, but they are mostly there to save time. You can instead just keep trying and you'll eventually get it.

What exactly are you referring to? There isn't really that much grind in this game and there never has been. If you felt that way before, you will probably still find it that way now.

Is it possible for a stillbirth to occur? I had impregnated Luna successfully and IIRC she already bore a child before but this time she didn't. I checked her stats in the phone, it says 2 pregnancies but only 1 born children. All the other women have no problems bearing children. Is this a bug or a feature? Most likely you simply hadn't switched pregnancies to results in children, but mind points before you made her pregnant. If you switch while she is pregnant I believe the result would be the choice that was active during the inception. Stillbirth isn't a thing.

I had already switched the option to produce children since pregnancy was introduced and haven't touched it since and the thing is I impregnated every other harem woman on the same day and ALL of them gave birth except for Luna and this aren't even their first rodeo either. They all gave birth before multiple times including Luna. I would show you a screenshot of the numbers in her stat screen but I already deleted the game after getting up to date in terms of content. I could download again and check again if you still don't believe me. Maybe even check the variables again with URM if there are any. I could also be wrong in the end, but I'm pretty sure I'm not stupid enough to mess up like you assumed since every other woman literally just gave birth in my playthrough except for her. I already skipped ahead in days to take into account any discrepancy in pregnancy times.

Just to be clear, it isn't like I don't believe you nor that I assume you were stupid if you indeed had just made a simple mistake. Seems like a bug if what you say is true.

If I'm not mistaken there is no longer a "public" release since the launch on Steam. Sometimes though, the files would get leaked here around the time that the suporter tier releases. If the game doesn't leak here by then, expect to possibly see it by the middle of June.

From the private dev subforum, but I'm sure Droosk won't mind all that much. Droosk is certainly one of the more knowledgeable devs about the topic (and a big reason why so many AVNs are moving to Steam now):

So, the devs who are using that as a reason to not put out public releases are likely misunderstanding what's being said. Not that I blame them for it, Steam's legalese and vagueness make it fairly easy to do.

Or if I were looking at it more cynically, it'd be a reason for devs to no longer put out a free version and thus likely make more from people who want it (e.g. [redacted] being banned here, so players were forced to use SS to get the game, thus more money.) sooner instead of waiting for someone to leak it.
