every 2 months is not long especially when most games on here are 6+ months for a release.

What are you talking about? By no metric is it slow. Even if you don't factor in the amount by each update or that it is a single developer, it is still quite fast compared to the average game on this site.
Downloaded v0.19 (no mods) and can't get any of my saves to load. Get this error:

wish there were more scenes with the mc and the harem members just casually hanging out and fucking. We got a lot of scenes with the mom and sister but hopefully we'd get more scenes like this with the girls from the school or something.
I agree, for me this was strangely the highlight of the last update.

For some reason the "First Servant" achievement is not unlocking for me, but the other ones are triggering... I am using cheats so is it due to that? Also, Rose isn't appearing at either location mentioned earlier in the thread...

This game is exceptional. Been loving it so far.
However I do have two pieces of critique:
1) I fear that the current structure of the game will lead the game to feel "deserted" after doing the girls respective quests. I understand the content limitation and that things are still being worked on but it feels odd that the state of the game feels more "empty" after doing the quests. It's almost as if you're being slightly "punished" for it since you know you can't expect further events and the sex scenes are also very "stock" and devoid of interesting dialogue. Seeing more "post closure" content like events or interactions both in the free roam as well as in the house, if you send your harem members to live there, either solo or with different pairings of harem members would be nifty and could provide for a great source of additional ideas for later content.
2) Omg this one is a pet peeve but I legitimately hate how the protagonist uses his powers. There hasn't been literally a single time where I couldn't think of a better way he could word and position his manipulation on the targets, both because it would be more effective and deeper reaching as well as it would be more natural and less prone to being resisted. That always bothers me lol.
But yeah, loving the game so far. The Dean scene was hot as fuck, loved the feminization stuff (even if I liked his looks without makeup before the surgery better and would rather not have him do the surgery either) and getting it with femboy's mom. Lovely stuff. Looking forward to more updates.
