They're optional? Good. Because, even if there are no "male bits", I still know he was a dude. That in and of itself is off-setting. I don't mind changing him into a girl, but I don't want to dip my quill in his new ink-well.
If you choose to transform Bill into a girl, be warn that, the MC will have sex with her/him(?) at the end of the quest. It's unavoidable.
But why not put options on whether to let it operate or not in that way there is an anal because I see that there are no anals
