You don't have any children, because pregnancies doesn't leads to children by default in this game (what and odd sentence to write). Previously all pregnancies lead to mind points. You can now decide whether you want children or mind points by going into your power app and pick the third tap. Only women impregnated after you have changed it to children will give birth, those before will still give mind points.

For the start of each Morning / Noon / Evening segment, check the app on your phone that provides character locations - you'll notice things like Scarlett and Kobe are both in the 2nd classroom in the Morning, or Scarlett and Chloe in the locker room at Noon, or Chloe and Luna in the Art classroom. Go to these locations immediately - if you do anything else first, you miss the event.

I always checked the app and also waited in the rooms or walked in and out but still got none.
