When they are a part of your harem you can impregnate them. At default a pregnancy won't lead to giving birth, but rather giving mind points. You can change this in your phone. You will never see the children in the game, but they will appear as a number and they can provide a small bonus, which can be chosen in the daycare.

if you are using shawn's mod then it is the wrong version if its the other mod then no clue

No Underage character can be present in an adult game (I believe faceless or older games are ok but not any more)

Even some games got hit pretty hard like I think Corrupted Kingdom is one of them.

As far as I know you can have them as either numbers, holding in the mother/ father hand etc but not a full character.

What are you talking about? By no metric is it slow. Even if you don't factor in the amount by each update or that it is a single developer, it is still quite fast compared to the average game on this site.
