Why? Technically all the sex is consensual, because their minds have been altered to want it. You can argue that mind controlling someone into having sex with you constitutes as rape, but it is rather redundant, as the mind control tag already covers it.
When I see the rape tag, I expect to see a sexual act where the victim is against it in the moment, not that they would be against it if their minds hadn't been altered.

Hi, I said that the game looks good, I downloaded it to try it because it says it's in Spanish, I wanted to see if it was true since I was thinking of buying it when it came out on Steam, but it's poorly translated into Spanish, several lines appear in English.

Yeah there is no story to the game anymore, it needs to wrap up. The premise is done and without them constantly adding secondary girls because the original premise was flawed (to never revisit someone once they were 'done') there is no story to it anymore.
All the interesting women have been brainwashed long ago so now it's just the scraps and other than those who just like to see 3D models having sex, not much else to see here. The game has only gotten worse as time has gone on, especially with the decision to never include any of the already done women into anything in the future. I bet the game saw a huge decrease once that announcement was made and once the 'housemates' were corrupted.
