While it isn't impossible that it would be used in a future quest as well, there is no indication of it so far and I don't think a single quest item has been used twice so far besides counting giving Chloe the Hentai magazine, which doesn't progress the quest or if you count needing three times alcohol.
well when you buy whole store can buy cameras as much as you want, like energy drinks. so whats the point of having in store to burn money on if not for future use. i see that as indicator, and school bathroom wont be probably only place with cam. we will see specially what next update will bring

I am well aware that Chloe can use the bikini and not only in the back yard, but at the college pool too. Would be weird to mention the bikini if I didn't think it had a use, since all the items listed are things you can buy again after use. Even if you go buy the multiple quantity argument there is still the alcohol, which can also be purchased ad infinitum.
