Incest patch is universal and always work. The walkthrough mod isn't really needed, there is a quest guide in the game and if you turn on tool tips you can see if you are missing anyone at a given location. The mod has sometimes caused problems.

you can assign each building, girls and kids what it brings you, some buildings get certain x2 bonuses when you max girls and for bonus you can do daily mind quest with ava (skip for random xp) and sex for mp.
same as before, make sure you got space
How many girl in harem are for current update? I only has 18 is that all did i miss something?
if you done latest update then yes 18 in harem + side girls on locations
I don't know, she seemed like a pretty insignificant character to the story. I didn't even interact with her precisely so I wouldn't start her missions. Besides, the game has the main story missions separate from the girls' missions, so unless the main story tells you "you need the fat girl from the gym in your harem," I'm going to do her mission; otherwise, I won't even start her missions.
